The prompt list straight from the prompt table: text, country, status, topic, tags, timestamps and whether the text names the brand — no metrics (use POST /api/v1/reports/prompts for per-prompt visibility). Ordered by (created_at, id) ascending with a true keyset cursor: a row whose (created_at, id) stays the same and that still matches the filters is never skipped or repeated because others were added or archived meanwhile; there is no snapshot — a row archived before you reach it drops out of an active listing, and new rows appear at the end. Follow page.next_cursor until it is null; page.total counts every matching row. Free (no credits); no metrics are computed. Guarded at 200 requests per minute per organization: one bucket for GET /api/v1/prompts, GET /api/v1/prompts/ and the same organization’s get_prompt_list view=catalog calls on the GEOly MCP / Agent API — separate from the prompts report’s bucket.
